Many firms offering legal project management are using traditional waterfall project management, a structured and formal approach. A few firms are innovating in the LPM space and using Agile project management, a more fluid and adaptive approach. This week the Business and Financial Management Peer Group is exploring the application of Agile project management to legal service delivery through a week-long blog series.
