A Collaborative Keynote

Matt Homann of Kendeo LLC will lead a collaborative workshop on fast-paced problem-solving this morning at 8:30 a.m. in the Augustus Ballroom. He will introduce us to several creative decision-making tools that utilize visual thinking, the theory of constraints, the power of silence, Scrum and the Fibonacci Sequence while helping us improve the way we meet, think and learn together.

The Exhibit Hall Opens Today

The Exhibit Hall opens at 9:00 a.m. in the Octavius Ballroom. Start playing eBingo for great prizes. Re-fuel with a snack break at 10 a.m. and again at 2:30 p.m.

Storyboarding at ILTACON

Law Firm 101 Initiative

The ILTA Law Firm 101 initiative aims to develop an innovative e-learning product to educate administrative professionals about the business of law. At ILTACON 2015, we hope to capture your insight into this initiative. ILTA has partnered with TDC, a non-profit consulting and research firm, to conduct short in-person interviews. If you don’t have time for an interview but have ideas to share, consider answering the online survey. Both survey and interview sign-ups are on the ILTACON 2015 Events App under the description for the cancelled Law Firm 101 session on Monday.

Distinguished Peer Awards

Celebrate your peers at ILTA’s 6th annual Distinguished Peer Awards dinner in the Augustus Ballroom at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a delectable formal sit-down dinner at this “new Las Vegas” themed event while entertained by the comedian and juggler, Mark Nizer. Presenters and nominees will dress glamorously. Though not required, all attendees are invited to dress formally. 

After Glow Party

Following the dinner and awards ceremony, continue the celebration with the “vintage Las Vegas” after-glow party. The after-glow will also take place in the Augustus Ballroom.

Caesars Palace Conference Center provides wireless Internet access at NO CHARGE to conference attendees, thanks to our sponsor American Legalnet, Inc. Look for the ILTACON_Preferred wireless choice in the conference center. The password is americanlegalnet. Internet access for two devices in guest rooms is covered by your daily resort fee. Look for the CAESARS wireless choice while in your guest room. For ILTA guests, the daily Basic Internet will automatically be removed from the room folio daily and will not appear on the bill.

All demo room assignments and the full schedule can be found on the ILTACON 2015 Events App. The schedule is also located on hotel information boards around the conference center.

Work Out the Kinks in Yoga

After sitting in sessions, standing and talking at evening events and walking to and from sessions, your back, legs and/or shoulders may ache. Relax, stretch and ease into Wednesday morning with yoga at 6:30 a.m. outside the Palace Ballroom. Please bring your own mat. Towels will be provided.

CE Credits

Although ILTA will not offer continuing education credit, an ILTA certificate of completion will be offered. Attendees may seek CLE credit or other continuing education credit on their own. To obtain a certificate of completion following conference, provide a list of all session dates/times/titles to randi@iltanet.org.

Lost and Found

If ILTA staff or ILTACON attendees find lost items, they will take them first to the Member Registration desk on the Promenade Level. If the hotel staff find any lost items, they will deliver them to the Hotel Lost and Found. Guests can call the Lost and Found Department of the hotel at (702) 731-7085.
