Continuing the Crash Course: Following Up on the Legal Tech Audit Session from ILTACON 2016

There was such a great response to "A Crash Course in Legal Tech Audits" at ILTACON 2016, and so many good questions asked about how to take the next steps toward an LTC4 Certification program, that we’ve decided to create this interactive blog.

So, how exactly do you launch an LTC4 Certification program at your firm? The short answer is: there is no single best way. That’s the double-edged sword that offers both exciting potential and daunting difficulties.

Throughout this introduction to the series, we want your feedback--especially to this first blog.  We realized that it was pointless to write a 30,000-foot overview of the process since your questions are about making it work on the ground.  So, consider this series to be a conversation.  To kick it off, please respond to the survey linked below and add your comments here.

In upcoming posts, will share different campaigns that have proven successful in several law firms.  Read through each one and let us know which strategy or elements within a strategy you find most appealing. Tell us what might need further explanation or more examples.  This series isn’t about what works for each of the authors. This series is about equipping you.

Let the Crash Course continue,

Tony Gerdes, LTC4 Contributing Member, Learning and Development Manager, Offit Kurman PA
