Michael will present on the basic principles of project management and how these can be applied to the EDRM, and lead a discussion on:

Presenter:
Michael Quartararo
is the Director of Litigation Support Services at New York-based Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and author of the book Project Management in Electronic Discovery: An Introduction to Core Principles of Legal Project Management and Leadership in eDiscovery. At Stroock, Mike oversees a full-service litigation support department, the development of best practices and project-oriented protocols, and the design and delivery of e-discovery training programs. He leads a staff of project managers who regularly consult with the firm's 300 attorneys and their Fortune 500 clients on the use of technology, e-discovery and information governance. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mike is a member of the Project Management Institute, the national Advisory Board of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and a liaison member to the EDRM Advisory Committee. He also teaches e-discovery and project management at Bryan University and sits on the university's advisory board. Mike frequently writes and speaks on issues related to project management, e-discovery and litigation support.
