Anne Donnelly is the CRM Database Manager at DLA Piper, where she has worked for the past 12 years. She manages InterAction for approximately 3,400 users with a support team of two full-time data stewards. Anne's responsibilities include client mailings, user training and support, integration with multiple external systems, importing and data quality management. Oracle certified, she works closely with IT to develop automated processes for better efficiency and her data is all highly managed and normalized. In 2015, Anne's team sent out over 1.5 million emails, with a 0.93 percent average bounce rate.
