Encourage user adoption of Office 2013 with a goal-based approach. In this session, we will explore how to:
- Understand the business goals and objectives:
- Why are we upgrading?
- What are the business benefits of upgrading to Office 2013?
- Understand the users' goals and objectives:
- How do our users work?
- Which new features will have the biggest effect on their daily workflow?
- Create targeted blended training to address the business and user goals
- Market the rollout:
- Clearly communicate the benefits of the upgrade to Office 2013 to get users excited and engaged
- Measure the training:
- Based on the defined business and user goals, decide what would constitute a successful rollout and measure accordingly
- Apply the MS Office 2013 rollout learning toward a firm core competency program
We'll also provide tips for creating a continuous learning culture to keep the momentum going.
