Paul Domnick joined Litera's board in 2013 and is assisting the board with business strategy and development, bringing his knowledge of the utility of Litera's software products in managing risks in financial services to the role. Over the course of his career, he has held a number of executive positions in financial services and technology organizations, most recently serving as the CIO of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Joy Heath Rush is the VP of Client Development (Law Firms) for Litera Corp, the leader in content risk management software.
