The iManage leadership team has recently completed a buyout from Hewlett-Packard (HP). The complete iManage business -- including its brand, products and services -- is now independent.

In this session, an officer from the management-owned company will present the details and motivations for the buyout, discuss what it means for customers in legal departments and law firms, answer questions raised and provide any updates that have occurred since the news broke.
