Description:
E-discovery professionals are used to handling document productions for the firm's outside clients. Records and information governance professionals know how to manage the firm's own documents. What happens when the functions collide and you need to produce your own law firm's documents? Law firms have special concerns and use special software that may complicate document production procedures. Our speakers will discuss best practices for legal holds, custodian interviews, collections, privilege reviews and productions to reduce the pain involved when your own firm is in litigation.
