As a business professional driving growth in the legal industry for more than 18 years, I spend the hours in my day managing lawyers and teams, including the processes, resources, budgets and tasks on a legal matter, to ensure efficient delivery of legal services.
I enjoy the challenge of working with lawyers, and have spent 10 years managing practice groups and coaching lawyers in client service delivery, strategic planning and implementation, lateral integration, budget management and business development. Most recently, I spent 4 years training teams of inside and outside counsel on project management best practices.
I'm excited to be working with an innovative team of project managers and legal solutions architects in Seyfarth Shaw's Client Solutions Group. The Legal Project Management Office at Seyfarth Shaw was founded in 2004 and has the largest client-facing team of project managers in the legal industry.
