Jarmila Pencikova has been the Director of Finance and Controller at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a 500+ lawyer firm, for the past 12 of her 31 years at the firm. She played a major role in the implementation of various projects over the past 31 years and was involved in the implementation of Aderant Expert, Chrome River, Prebill Viewer, Control Systems and other financial systems at Osler. Jarmila earned PhD in Mathematics from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic and received her Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant designation in Canada.
