These responsibilities have included conducting and advising on all phases of discovery, including the preservation, collection, review, and production of large volumes of eDiscovery.
When consulting with clients and firm attorneys, I employ eData’s time-tested and proven “best practices” for preserving, harvesting, processing, reviewing, and producing large quantities of hard copy and electronic data in an efficient and cost-effective manner. I work closely with clients, firm attorneys, and the Practice Technology team to identify innovative solutions to issues such as technology and service provider selection, onsite hard copy and electronic data collection protocols, preparation of review manuals, and methods of production to the requesting party.
I am a frequent speaker at CLEs, seminars, and webcasts addressing eDiscovery issues, including case law updates, practice pointers for key phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, and trends in eDiscovery.
