Rhonda Lewis is a Senior Software Analyst at Burr & Forman, LLP in Birmingham, Alabama. Rhonda has been in the technology, development, and management field for over 35 years, 30+ years in the legal industry. Prior to moving to IT as a trainer and help desk support tech, Rhonda was a legal secretary. She has held other positions within the legal IT industry including database administrator, telecommunications administrator, software design/developer, procedures and policies implementer, and project manager. Rhonda has been actively involved in the areas of software support and implementation for several years.
She has been an active ILTA member for many years and has served as the Volunteer City Rep for the Birmingham region, served on the Open Text Peer Group Steering Committee for 2007-2010, and held the position of Peer Group VP for 2 years. She served as a Strategic Relationship Liaison for ILTA and OpenText from 2010 to 2014.
