My team is responsible for the professional development of attorneys and professional staff at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. We manage the new hire process, support IT rollout and adoption, maintain and deliver the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) process and also create and deliver training initiatives across the firm. We provide new lawyer survival skills, trial practice, deposition, presentation and legal writing programs in our collaboration with the Professional Development Committee at the firm.
My ILTA service includes serving on multiple ILTA steering committees, speaking at ILTACON several times and serving on the ILTACON planning committee. I have two daughters, I'm a former "Wheel of Fortune" contestant and a decent recreational soccer player.
