Annette is a Product Specialist and Migration Specialist at BigHand. She is lead instructor for the Microsoft Office Master Series for Law Firms class as well as the lead Migration Roundtable specialist assisting organizations configure and migrate their Office software. She frequently conducts train-the-trainer sessions on Microsoft Office, document management, PayneGroup products, and other legal-specific software to an organization’s training and support personnel. Annette has worked in the legal environment for over 30 years providing training, support, project management, course development, help desk management, and network management. She has enjoyed the privilege of speaking at the ABA Tech Show for the past two years, as well as ILTA.
