Ron Friedmann is a consultant with Fireman & Company. He improves law practice and legal business efficiency. His expertise includes knowledge management, legal technology, outsourcing, process design, LPM, e-discovery, consulting, marketing.
Andrew Baker, Director of Seyfarth Shaw's Legal Technology Innovations Office, is focused on enhancing the delivery of the firm's legal services through the use of technology, knowledge management, process improvement, business analysis and project management. Andrew is a member of the firm's SeyfarthLean Steering Committee, and he serves on ILTA's Knowledge Management Peer Group Steering Committee.
Peter Daubaras is a Senior Manager of Practice Innovation at Osler. Peter advises legal professionals on LPM best practices and the implementation of support tools, and he provides matter management support to ensure the firm's lawyers can deliver legal services to clients effectively. Peter's role includes providing pricing support to the RFP team and financial reporting services to matter teams.
